What do I do if I can't pay the rent?
It is annoying, but it may happen that you find yourself in a situation where the rent cannot be paid (in full). In that case, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. In consultation, it will then be determined whether:
- the financial situation is temporary or permanent
- whether a payment plan can help you (in case of a temporary situation)
- whether it might be wise to look for cheaper accommodation.
Please note! The sooner you indicate that you can no longer pay the rent, the sooner a solution can be found. A payment plan may help you.
