Who is the owner of eef?

Eef is an initiative of Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, part of Achmea. Syntrus Achmea manages real estate and mortgages for large investors, such as pension funds, insurers and charitable organisations. The aim is to ensure that these investments generate value for the customer and for society. The Nieuwe Sint Jacob is such an investment.

The role of eef on location is fulfilled at De Nieuwe Sint Jacob by The James Company as part of MVGM healthcare real estate. This concerns the deployment of a community manager and caretaker. The role of care partner at De Nieuwe Sint Jacob is fulfilled by Stichting Amstelring.
